How to Prepare Yerba Mate:

1. Fill the Gourd: Fill a yerba mate gourd with yerba mate leaves, leaving a small space at the top.
2. Heat the Water: Heat water to a temperature of around 70-80°C (158-176°F).
3. Pour the Water: Pour the hot water over the yerba mate leaves, using a bombilla (a metal straw) to sip the infusion.   
4. Reheat: Refill the gourd with hot water as needed to continue enjoying the flavor.
