This combo includes:
- Frozen Lechona 7kg (serves approximately 12 people)
- 1 bottle of Aguardiente Amarillo de Manzanares (700 ml)

Cooking Instructions
1. Defrost for two (2) nights in the fridge.
2. Preheat oven to 170°C.
3. Place on a deep tray.
4. Rub oil, sprinkle salt, and squeeze the juice of one lemon.
5. Cover with baking paper and foil.
6. Cook for two (2) hours at 170°C.
7. Remove foil and baking paper.
8. Raise heat to 190°C and cook for one (1) hour.
